Remote Support Services

 

HiTech Business Systems, Inc. can help diagnose and often fix your computer remotely. No need to bring the

computer to us or to wait for an onsite call. No travel or minimum charge.
 
Often the problems you may be experiencing with your computer are relatively simple for us to diagnose or even

solve. In these cases you can save time and money by using our remote services. Simply contact our help desk

and we can setup a remote assistance session with one of our trained support representatives. Time is billed in 15

minute increments.
 
Once you are in communication with your support representative, the representative will guide you through the

process of allowing HiTech Business Systems, Inc.  to share control of your system. You are always in control of

the session and may override any actions being taken on your computer and may end the session at any time.

Data Backup or Transfer
Have your data backed up to an external hard drive or have it transferred to another computer. There is no limit on the size of the transfer.

 

Backup Setup
A subscription to an online data backup service such is one of the best ways to protect your data. We will help you sign up for a service and configure it on your system.

 

Accidental Damage
Accidentally format your camera’s memory card or hard drive? We can help. We can scan your memory card for accidentally deleted files and may be able to recover them for you. Data recovery service is non-refundable regardless of success.
 
Hard Drive Recovery
Accidentally format a HDD? Delete an important document? Need data off of a RAID Array? We can recover your data off of your hard drive. Data recovery service is non-refundable and is done with a best effort back-up and is essential to protect data and data recovery should NOT be your solution. It is not if it happens it is when it happens!!!! You need to back-up your data and CHECK your back-up in case of a fire/flood etc. You need to look at off-site storage of your data.

 

Secure Data Deletion
Donating an old computer? Throwing away an old hard drive? We will perform data destruction on the drive making it impossible for anyone to recover your private information off the drive.
