Billing and Accounts Receivable:
Create Invoices: FastTRAK produces invoices for single or multiple reservations for customers
Group Billing: Creates invoices for Client's various employee travelers
Invoice Payments: Apply Payments to existing invoices by company name or invoice number with automatic posting of cash receipts. Other features include Reverse payments, remove reservations from invoices, Re-print customer invoices, or remove invoices when payment is not made by check.
Additional invoice features: - Client BILL TO Address field for clients with accountants or agents for Invoicing

Management Reporting:

FastTRAK interfaces with Quicken & Quickbooks software for maintaining and updating banking & financial data with FastTRAK's transactions for Cash Receipts deposited and Payroll, Contractor Fees and Commission Fees payable.
Automated Credit Card Processing
FastTRAK is integrated with ICVerify software for processing credit card transactions from individual reservations or via the Batch processing function for several transactions.
Flight Tracking:
FastTRAK is integrated with RLM Software's FlightView product for tracking of commercial and general aviation aircraft.
Fleet Maintenance Alerts:
Keep track of fleet maintenance requirements by mileage or scheduled date simply by updating the vehicles mileage, daily, weekly or as desired.
Data Security:
System data security is provided for Data Recovery, Delete Reservations and Posting or editing Client Charges/Fees, Employee/Contractor Pay/Fees, Database Statistics, Selected Management reports, Employee Data and Invoice payment and removal functions.
Internet Reservation Systems:
The Internet or eRez and eGroup Systems were developed in response to customer needs. This service provides a web site reservation data entry screen customized with your company information. The Systems allow for your customized company information and logos. The Internet Reservation System is operated by FastTRAK Livery Systems and is offered as an add-on service to aid in client growth, development and retention.
